Our inspector is also a Florida Registered Professional Structural Engineer (PE). This is also very important to you because home inspectors are not allowed to make judgments on structural concerns.  Non PE's are obligated to tell you to consult a Florida PE.  With LAB Pro Inspections Florida PE, you never pay twice for your home inspection.  Any structural defects found during the inspection will have corrective actions, sketches and diagrams in your home inspection report at no additional cost.  In addition, we provide a free consultation with anyone who will be making the structural repairs.  

We provide a home inspection warranty for all re-sale home inspections.  This limited warranty covers many inspected items that fail shortly after your home purchase.  This is provided at no charge to you.
