During a full mobile home inspection, we charge only $25 to include a foundation tie-down inspection and certification.  Compare this to the $150 normal charge for only a foundation tie-down inspection and certification and you will see the value of having us conduct a full home inspection of your mobile home.  Of course, some want to have the best protection possible, so if you want to upgrade your foundation tie-down system up to current Florida requirements, we provide you this information at no additional cost.
